The dossier of this issue is titled “Plurality, diversity and multiculturalism”. You will read four invited papers and a dossier editorial in this issue.

Multiculturalism generally covers both cultural and ethnic diversity within the population of a specific place. Diversity frequently encompasses differences in racial or ethnic classifications, age, gender, religion, philosophy, physical abilities, socioeconomic background, gender identity, intelligence, mental health, physical health, genetic attributes, behavior, attractiveness, cultural values and politics. Biodiversity is the variation of life forms within a given ecosystem. Biodiversity is often used as a measure of the health of biological systems.

The publishing plan of the journal will continue with the following dossier subjects: “creativity”, “sustainability”, “quality of life” in the forthcoming issues.

The new organizational approaches will be seen in the journal starting from next issue of the journal. The main difference in the journal’s organization will be the representatives from different places in the world. These representatives work to coordinate information about journal and operating articles. There will be some changes in the editorial and advisory boards of the journal.
